Hi, I'm Jade Dux — founder of Dux Recruitment.
I've spent my career in sales. I've been the ISR grinding through cold calls, the AE closing six-figure deals, and the manager building teams. I know what it feels like to be hired into the wrong role, and I know what it costs a business when they make a bad hire.
After years working in tech and SaaS sales, I kept seeing the same problem: businesses getting burned by recruiters who'd never carried a quota, didn't understand what good looks like on the floor, and were more interested in filling a role than finding the right person.
So I built Dux Recruitment. A boutique recruitment firm run by someone who's actually been in the room — who understands the pressure of a sales environment and knows exactly what kind of person thrives in it.
I work with a small number of clients at any one time. That's a deliberate choice. Every search I take on gets my full attention — not a junior consultant's, mine.
